If you apply for a job with us, we will collect any information included on your CV.

  • We can also access your CV if you have used a job board we partner with. You will have agreed to this by agreeing to that job board’s terms and conditions.

  • We use Linkedin’s Recruiter level service and can access your Linkedin Profile information as part of our subscription.

The Company collects your data so that we can:

 

  • Email or call you with details of vacancies we think will be suitable for you.

  • Introduce you to employers with a view to securing a new role for you. Please note, that we will always speak to you before we do this and will make sure you have granted us permission to do so.

  • We do not share your data with other organisations for marketing purposes.

If you work for a business as a hiring manager, we may retain your company contact information for the purposes of promoting candidates we think you may like, communicating about our services and for other marketing.

 

How do we store your data?

 

  • The Company securely stores your data securely using a CRM provided by Vincere. A UK based organisation.

  • Our website is hosted by Wix, which securely stores cookie and related data

  • We use Mailchimp for direct marketing communication.

 

The Company will keep your personal information for as long as you are engaged with us and, as appropriate, for the periods shown in the Data Retention Policy table at the bottom of this page. Once this time-period has expired, we will delete your data by using tools built into the systems that we use unless you have provided explicit consent for us to retain your data. 

 

Marketing

 

The Company would like to send you information about our services, vacancies and, for business users, candidates that we think will be relevant to you. We do not share your data with any other organisations for marketing purposes.

Information is at the core of The Recruitment Geeks Group LTD’s business as it enables us to provide the highest levels of service to both our candidates and clients alike. During normal daily activities, The Recruitment Geeks Group LTD generates and accumulates a wide range of data records which are stored digitally in accordance with our Privacy and GDPR Policy.


Examples of these data records include (but are not limited to) emails, text messages, personal contact information, profile images, current and past employment details, references, interview notes, call recordings, video interviews, marketing preferences and preferences for future employment.
 For candidates successfully placed into new employment roles we may store additional data records such as passport, drivers licence, bank details, National Insurance number, tax code, p45, payslips.
