When I think back to December, my plans for 2020 certainly didn't include an international pandemic, closing the office and then furloughing our entire team. It's definitely been a worrying few months and the situation is not over yet but I'm painfully aware that we've been very fortunate as a company.
Most importantly, all of the staff and their families are healthy and as of the 1st July, we've reopened our offices and have been briefed on fresh vacancies with clients based across the UK. It could have been much worse and I really do feel for those who find their jobs under threat at the moment through no fault of their own.
During this time, we are going to do as much as we can to help. For candidates we can offer added services including free CV writing advice and interview prep. For clients, we can take the pain out of remote hiring by facilitating video interviews and digital onboarding.
I hope to catch up remotely with all of our clients over the next few weeks and look forward to a time when meeting face to face will be much easier.
In the meantime, if we can help in any way, make contact with us and we'll be happy to discuss your needs.
